Returns Policy
We understand that finding the right swimwear takes time and we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. This is why we're happy to return or exchange any items that aren't marked FINAL SALE within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in sellable condition. This means your returned item must still have the protective hygienic liner intact, have all tags attached, be free of strong odors, and have no stains or other visible signs of wear. Please try swimsuits on over your underwear to ensure they are returned in a new, unused condition. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do our utmost to ensure the most enjoyable gifting experience, both for you and for the person who receives your gift.
All orders are delivered in the iconic Louis Vuitton box. The delivery box contains inserts that ensure the gift reaches the recipient in perfect condition.
During the checkout process, you may have the option of adding a Louis Vuitton shopping bag to your order, as well as a personalized message that will be printed and inserted in a signature LV envelope.
All our purchases (gifts or not) are sent with a receipt that does not indicate the price of the item. This receipt is to be used in case of a return or exchange request.
